Delivery time depends on shipping method selected. You may select from Standard Delivery (2-15 business days), 2nd Day Air, or Overnight Next Day Delivery. Credit card authorization and address verification must be received prior to shipping any order. Please note that credit card authorization can take up to 24 hours for approval.  Please remember that delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. You will be notified by email regarding back ordered items and expected delays.

Standard Delivery

Standard orders are processed once credit card authorization and address verification have been obtained. Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in two (2) to fifteen (15) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) for the Continental United States. All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days.  All orders placed after 11:00 a.m. EST will be processed the following business day, and ship within 48 hours. All orders placed on Friday after 11:00 a.m. EST will be processed on the following Monday. 

2nd Day Air & Next Day Air  All Second Day Air orders confirmed before 11:00 a.m. EST (Monday through Friday business days only) will be processed the same day pending credit card authorization and verification. Credit card authorization can take 24 hours for approval. Second Day Air & Next Day Air is only available for the Continental United States. Orders are only processed Monday through Friday and do not include weekend deliveries. Saturday deliveries are an additional charge and can be requested by calling online customer support at 844.232.7364 ext. 1

Refused or Undeliverable Packages  Shipping fees are non-refundable.  If you refuse any shipments from sophieandtrey.com you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us.  This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

We reserve the right to cancel and void or refund payment for any order at any time. 

Shipments to Canada

Shipments to Canada usually arrives with 10 to 25 business days from the shipped date, excluding weekends and holidays.

Sophie & Trey ships your package DDU, duties and taxes unpaid, and does not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be.  For more information regarding your country's custom policies please contact your local customs office. USPS's local country affiliates will charge the recipient all applicable duty, taxes and/or brokerage fees C.O.D. in the local currency at the time of delivery.  All taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsiblity of the recipient of the package.  Your local post office or carrier can give you information on the method of payment accepted for the duties, taxes and other fees collected upon delivery.

You can select the In Store Pickup option during checkout.

If you order before 2PM your order will be available for in store pick up the same day any time after 2PM.

If your order is placed after 2PM it will be available the next business day after 2PM.

Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include holidays. 

When you pick up your item you will be asked to present identification which matches the identity on the online receipt.
