S&T | AVOCADO CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES

As always, Sophie and Trey brings you a recipe for the most delicious healthy snacks around! This time we’re having healthy avocado chocolate chip cookies and we are OBSESSED! This is such a basic recipe and a fun one to have the kids help you with!

Healthy Avocado Chocolate Chip Cookies

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 avocado
  • 1 cup almond butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1 1/2 cups of rolled oats
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbs vanilla1/2 cup mini semi sweet chips

HOW TO PREPARE

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F
  2. Mix ingredients until it’s batter
  3. Scoop batter onto cookie sheet (greased or lined with parchment paper)
  4. Bake for 14 to 18 minutes
  5. Enjoy!
